• Relocate current living room wall art to dimension appropriate places in the condo

• Camouflage all dings on furniture

• Spot paint all dings, scratches and chips in the high traffic areas around the condo *

Bedrooms

• Clean all stained lamp shades (replacement lamp in bedroom 2 needed)

• Replace 12x17 wall mirror in the upstairs master bedroom with appropriate mirror 24x36 *

• Add appropriate lighting in the upstairs bedroom (current lamps are too small, making theroom appear dark) *

• Add blackout drapes and rods to the bedroom windows in addition to current blinds *

• Reupholster the 3 faded/stained island stools with colorful, water-resistant fabric *

• Remove the broken paper towel holder in the kitchen. Replace with one to match the pulls *

• Make sure the cabinets are fully stocked with guest amenities *

Bathrooms

• Replace the 2 burned-out halogen bulbs in the upstairs bathroom light fixture *

• Clean and address the visible mildew on the air return vent upstairs 

• ​Address the mildew areas in downstairs bathroom shower grout

• Replace all the discolored switch plates * 

• Tighten all handles and pulls

• Add wall art to spruce up both the downstairs & upstairs bathrooms *

• Soak clean both shower heads

• Clean the shower door tracks 

General

• Dust /mop / vacuum in each room where needed

• Shine all of the decor accessories

• Clean base boards

• Add a charging port socket *

• Clean the ceiling fan blades

• Clean the debris/bugs from ceiling light fixtures and outdoor light fixtures

• Address the accelerated oxidation/rust on the metal finishes (suggest replacements where needed)
