Reconfigure the Livingroom layout 

Bring in decor accessories

Clean all stained lamp shades (replace if needed)

Camouflage all dings on furniture

Replace stained, mismatched throw pillows with coordinated decor colors

Relocate current wall art to dimension appropriate places

Replace 12x17 wall mirror in the upstairs master bedroom with size appropriate mirror

Bring in decor to spruce up both of the bare bathrooms.

Repurpose the 3 faded/stained island stools with colorful, water-resistant fabric

Tighten all handles and pulls

​Bring in two lanai chairs and a small table for the empty upstairs lanai

Address the mildew areas in downstairs bathroom shower grout

Steam clean the stained sectional 

Steam clean the stained carpet on the stairs

Replace the burned-out halogen bulbs in the upstairs bathroom light fixture 

Spot paint all dings, scratches and chips around the condo

Clean and address the visible mildew on the air return vent upstairs 

Clean the bugs from ceiling light fixtures and outdoor light fixtures

Replace all the discolored switch plates. 

Remove the broken paper towel holder in the kitchen. Replace with one to match the pulls.

Add additional lighting in the upstairs bedroom (all the lamps are too small, making the room appear dark) 

Clean both shower heads

Clean the sliding door tracks
