13,000 condos on Maui, Hawaii. The 16,000 count was affected by the devastating 2023 fires. The recent passing of Bill 9 will see a 7000 reduction of STR condos in 2028 and 2030. These properties may still require our specialty services.

Marketed towards middle class and working people with gross incomes of $100,000 or less, with an emphasis on marketing towards vacation rental investors. Upcycled materials whenever possible.

Though unofficial I have been in the organization and redesign business for over 50 years. I am also quite handy with tools and have invested in the majority of equipment needed for repair work and revitalization.
Constant learning and seeking from TV design shows, online hacks from Instagram, reels, expert blogs. In 2016, I had produced and hosted a streaming radio show on KUHSDenver.com called “Making a Way with Bargain Queen Sheryl Renee” which ran for a year and focused on ways to enhance lives, through information and design.

Financing
My business Renee Renovating, LLC, is registered, licensed and operational in the state of Hawaii. Self-financed up until this point I am seeking Angel Investors and capitol
to cover operational costs.
