We staged 22+ homes for a similar company. It's a lot more work than it sounds but loved it.

Things have to be hung properly with the correct hardware, trash has to be disposed which typically means having someone with a dump trailer pick it up, you'll definitely need a helper or 2, etc. It's a long list. They were all 3-4 bedrooms and would charge $2500+ per property. That included help, trash disposal, paying a handyman to hang/mount/and assemble furniture etc. It would take 3-4 days per home.

 ask the client for a budget for the furniture etc and a preloaded card with the money on it. Then charge an hourly rate, 40 sounds good, 25 too cheap, 100 minimum is good but make sure you are covering your travel time if you have to do multiple trips and your waiting time if things are being delivered, although hopefully you can be setting something up whilst waiting for something else to arrive. Also, consider if you will need another person to help with the load in, you aren't going to get beds upstairs on your own. If you check IKEAs web page, they give an estimated time to build in some countries. If not, allow 1.5 hours per item to build.

 $2000 for staging and $500 for cleaning.

So when we did staging and set up, you will need 2 or 3 people.

Two off loading the trucks full of boxes when they arrive. Inspect boxes as they get delivered for damages, take pics of damaged boxes. Not carry in.

You need someone to open boxes, get inventory out, clean up all popcorn and paper plastic, tape, ties etc that comes in the boxes then you have to clean the mess, use a box cutter to cut the boxes down and then take it back out of the house. It’s a long story anyway to get the big job. You’ll probably three people and I wouldn’t do it for anything less than $50 an hour.
